Yes, a Pink Stanley!
My dad had a big green Stanley thermos that he used for work. It was an honor, when occasionally he would ask if I could fill 'er up. I can clearly recall and feel this childhood memory, and the smile on his face, as I completed the task.
So, upon a stop @ Target, a few weeks back, I spotted the Stanley thermos's and then, Oh My! A pink one! The sight of the pink Stanley, got me telling the story above, to my boyfriend, as I finish, he grabs the pink one and says that I must have it! And I do!
And then... I took it to work, and my co-worker (summer college student), loves pink, her favorite color. Recalling some of our conversations, I knew what to get her for a “back to school - good-bye” gift.
Yes, a Pink Stanley!
