As a child, I remember taking trips with Grandpa to catch the big one that always seemed to get away. It was a great time to go out and sit by the lakes and chat about his time as a tank commander in WWII, or he would teach me a new knot. Sometime around 7:30 am, after being on the frosty water for nearly an hour, Grandpa would pull out his trusty Stanley and pour himself a cup of hot and steaming joe. The memories of the steam flowing out of the green bottle are still vivid after 25 years. My grandfather died just about 20 years ago and I totally forgot about the bottle. After my Grandmother passed away about 6 months ago, my wife found the Stanley in her garage. I was flooded with the memories of my Grandpa sitting at the lake with a fishing pole in one hand and the green Stanley cup in the other. I now use the Stanley Vacuum Bottle on my fishing trips in honor of my grandfather and because it is "Built for Life"!

In 1913, William Stanley invented the all-steel vacuum bottle. Since then, the Stanley® Bottle hasn’t missed a day of work, a football game or a trip to the great outdoors.
