My name is Jody. I've been a female forklift driver for 25 years. I've used this Stanley Thermos at least 5-6 days a week for the last 15 years. I work at a car parts factory and there's lots of times you need a hammer when there's none to be found. My thermos has filled in many times in that capacity! I drive a forklift and my thermos has propped up the battery hood many times, filling in as an extra safety prop. I don't feel complete leaving home for work unless I have my thermos in hand.
Last week my granddaughter helped me get ready for work by filling my thermos but forgot to tighten the cup down properly. When I grabbed the thermos by the top, it came off in my hand, the thermos hit the floor and the stopper broke off levell with the top. I took the thermos to my Wal-Mart to see if I could get a replacement stopper and they surprised me by saying they'd just exchange my old one with a new one----at no cost!!! Now THAT"S a guarantee!
I just had to tell you how much I like the new design, the wider mouth will be so much easier to fill without drips and it's reassuring to have the old style stopper like my first thermos had. I adjusted to the pour-through stopper but I always thought the old stopper style kept the coffee hotter longer, so Thanks!!
This ought to get me through to my retirement if your past products are any indication.
