My husband uses his thremos everyday. Work or recreation he always puts the left over coffee in it and that is such a routine that we have just grown used to it. While on vacation the "trusty" thremos was misplaced. Let me tell you he all but wanted to call out the National Guard to come search for it. After several HOURS of looking, none of us were able to locate it. So the vacation continued, although he grumbled for the rest of the trip. Once we got home, we were unloading the trailer...wedged in between the bumber was the THERMOS! We were all shocked. How it got there, we to this day still can not figure out. We traveled through snow, ice and frezzing rain but when my husband finally un wedged it from it's secret hiding place, it was still intact!! No cracks, alot of scratches, but not broken. The real test came when he opened it...the coffee was still hot! I mean he had to actually blow on it to cool it off!!
